Why should two cakes be the same?

 I create one of a kind taste experiences with my dessert cakes.

I trained in Molecular Gastronomy and qualified as a Barista in South Africa. This allows me to experiment with various flavours, textures and techniques.

My obsession with chocolate is overwhelming. Although the quality of the ingredients that I source gives me many sleepless nights the possibilities are still infinite.​

Only the best chocolate, butter and cream will do.

 Living on a tropical island gives me the ability to explore and experiment with exotic spices and seasonal fruits.
